Pipeloo is a B2B software-as-a-service platform that provides AI agents to automate Linkedin outbound prospecting: detecting signals, identifying prospects, starting and following up on conversations, and handing over qualified leads. Pipeloo is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE COMPLETED].

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into a contract, and use Pipeloo for professional purposes. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Pipeloo is offered on paid subscription plans billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed on our website and may vary according to the plan and number of connected Linkedin accounts. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may offer a free trial for a limited period. At the end of the trial, your access may end or convert to a paid subscription if you have chosen a plan. We may modify or end trial offers at any time.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, harassing, deceptive or unlawful messages
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use Pipeloo in violation of Linkedin's terms or applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam laws
• Reverse engineer, resell or overload the service
• Use the service to collect data for unlawful purposes

You remain solely responsible for your Linkedin account, your targeting choices, the content of messages sent by agents on your behalf, and your compliance with Linkedin's policies and applicable law. Use of automation on Linkedin carries risks, including account restrictions by Linkedin, which Pipeloo cannot control. You should review agent settings and messaging instructions regularly.

Pipeloo and its software, design, brand and content remain our exclusive property. You keep ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

We aim to keep Pipeloo available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party services such as Linkedin or AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeloo is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business, data or opportunities, or for actions taken by third parties such as Linkedin. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users or the service, or fail to pay amounts due.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
